I can't find the colour I want online...

As fabric colours are seasonal, we only offer online what is currently available to us from our suppliers. Unfortunately, some of our favourite colours are currently unavailable from our supply chain. However, if you are interested in a specific shade, please pop us an email as we sometimes have a few meters left in stock of past season's colours.

How do I wash my Greens scrubs?

Our Active and Premium Pure Cotton ranges are machine washable in cold water with a mild detergent. Avoid detergents with optical brighteners as they are harmful to the colour of your garments. Bright colours to be washed separately as certain shades may run. We advise washing like colours together. We recommend using a cool to warm press. GREENS MEDI cannot be held liable for garments that are incorrectly washed or pressed.

Help, I haven't received an order confirmation email?

Our system automatically sends order confirmation, once your order is placed. If you are using a Gmail or Hotmail account, your order confirmation might land up in your spam or promotions folders.

How long will it take to receive my order?

GreensGo sets are sewn, packed, and ready to be sent to you. Our team will dispatch your set with the courier the next business day. If you choose to add embroidery, the lead time will take approximately 3 - 6 working days, prior to courier collection. For custom orders, our standard production lead time is approximately 15 working days. Shipping takes 1-4 days for major centres.

Our standard production lead time for custom orders is approximately 15 business days. For orders with embroidery, this is expected to be a few days longer.
